WhatsApp Notifications

Choose which WhatsApp messages to send during orders, shipments, and returns.

1. Go to Notifications

Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Notifications in the left menu. Open the WhatsApp tab. A number next to a tab name shows how many notifications are turned on in it.

WhatsApp notifications are available on Pro and higher plans. On other plans the tab carries a "Pro and higher" label, and clicking anything in it opens an upgrade prompt.

2. Select Your WhatsApp Notification Preferences

Choose which stages trigger a WhatsApp notification to your customers. The events are grouped under Order, Shipment and Return headings:

Order

  • When the order is received

Shipment

  • When the shipping label is created
  • When the carrier has received the shipment
  • When the package is out for delivery
  • When the package is delivered
  • When the package is delayed — tells the customer the package is waiting for pickup

Return

  • When the package is returned — sends the return code
  • When a return request is declined
  • When a return reaches you
  • When you accept a return
  • When you refuse a return after inspection
  • When you mark a refund

Note: If the return was created with your own PTT or Yurtiçi Kargo account, the return code message also tells your customer your customer number at the carrier, to give at the branch together with the return code.

Note: The "order is received" notification only fires for orders received in real time from a sales channel via webhook (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix). It is off by default.

Note: For cash-on-delivery orders, the tracking notification includes the amount your customer needs to pay on delivery.

3. Save

Click "Bildirim tercihlerini güncelle" (Update notification preferences) to apply your preferences.
