SMS Provider

Configure the SMS service used to send shipping notifications to your customers.

Note: By default, Shipink sends SMS notifications using its own SMS system — no setup required. Configuring a custom provider is optional, and is useful if you want messages sent from your own sender header or number.

SMS notifications are available on the Profesyonel and Kurumsal plans.

Supported providers: NetGSM, Twilio, and Vonage.

1. Go to Notifications

Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Notifications in the left menu.

2. Select Your SMS Provider

Choose the provider you want to configure: NetGSM, Twilio, or Vonage.

3. Enter Your Credentials

NetGSM

Enter your NetGSM username, password, and sender header (the name that appears as the sender on your customers' phones).

Twilio

Enter your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and From number (your Twilio phone number).

Vonage

Enter your Vonage API Key, API Secret, and From name or number.

4. Save

Click "Kaydet" (Save) to apply your settings. Shipink will use this provider to deliver all SMS notifications.

To configure which shipping events trigger SMS notifications, see SMS Notifications.
