SMS Provider

Note: By default, Shipink sends SMS notifications using its own SMS system — no setup required. Configuring a custom provider is optional, and is useful if you want messages sent from your own sender header or number.

SMS notifications are available on Pro and higher plans.

Supported providers: NetGSM, Verimor, VatanSMS, Figensoft, Twilio, and Vonage.

1. Go to Notifications

Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Notifications in the left menu, then open the SMS tab.

2. Select Your SMS Provider

In the Service section, click the settings button next to SMS service. The SMS Providers panel opens; choose the provider you want to configure: NetGSM, Verimor, VatanSMS, Figensoft, Twilio, or Vonage.

3. Enter Your Credentials

NetGSM

Enter your NetGSM user code, password, and sender header (the name that appears as the sender on your customers' phones; it must be approved in NetGSM).

Verimor

Enter your Verimor account number (12 digits, starts with 90), your API password (set under SMS settings in the Verimor Online İşlem Merkezi), and your sender header (approved in Verimor).

VatanSMS

Enter your VatanSMS API ID, API key, and sender header (approved in VatanSMS). VatanSMS delivers to Turkish numbers only.

Figensoft

Enter your Figensoft (Posta Güvercini) username and password (your API password). Messages go out with the sender header set on your Figensoft account.

Twilio

Enter your Twilio Account SID, Auth token, and Sender phone (your Twilio number in E.164 format, e.g. +1234567890).

Vonage

Enter your Vonage API key, API secret, and Sender name (a brand name or phone number shown to recipients).

4. Save

Click "Kaydet" (Save) in the panel. Then pick the provider in the SMS service dropdown and click "Bildirim tercihlerini güncelle" (Update notification preferences). Shipink will use this provider to deliver all SMS notifications.
