Email Provider

Configure the email service used to send shipping notifications to your customers.

Note: By default, Shipink sends notification emails using its own email system — no setup required. Configuring a custom provider is optional, and is useful if you want emails to be sent from your own domain or sender address.

Supported providers: SMTP (Gmail, Yandex, or any custom server), SendGrid, and Mailgun.

1. Go to Notifications

Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Notifications in the left menu.

2. Select Your Email Provider

Choose the provider you want to configure:

  • SMTP — use any SMTP server (Gmail, Yandex, custom)
  • SendGrid — enter your SendGrid API key
  • Mailgun — enter your Mailgun API key and domain

3. Enter Your Credentials
