Automate Shipments
Automatically create shipments for orders that match your rules.
Note: Automation is available on Pro and higher plans. On other plans the page shows only an upgrade card with an Upgrade plan button, and rules you already created do not run until you upgrade.
1. Go to Automation
Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Automation in the left menu.
2. Click "New Rule"
Click the "New rule" button to create a new automation rule.
3. Set the Trigger
Define when the rule should trigger — for example, when a new order arrives from a specific sales channel or with a specific status.
4. Set the Action
Choose "Create Shipment" as the action. Then select the carrier, service, and warehouse to use when creating the shipment automatically.
In the Package weight field, pick one of your saved packages, choose "Enter manually" to type the weight in kg, or choose "Calculate from product weights" to use the weights of the order's products.
5. Save the Rule
Click "Save" to activate the rule. Matching orders will now automatically have shipments created.
