Claude
Connect your Shipink account to Claude to list, track, quote, create and cancel shipments from a chat.
With the Shipink connector, Claude can work with the shipments and warehouses in your Shipink account. Ask things like "Where are yesterday's shipments?" or "What's the cheapest carrier for a 2 kg parcel to Kadıköy?"
Requirements
- A Shipink account
- At least one sender warehouse (Warehouses)
- At least one carrier account to create shipments (Carriers)
1. Add the Connector
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, find Shipink and click Connect.
If it isn't listed, use Add custom connector with this URL:
https://mcp.shipink.io/mcp2. Sign In With Your Shipink Account
Approve access on the Shipink consent page, then sign in with your Shipink email and password. Claude never sees your Shipink password.
3. Use It in a Chat
Once connected, Claude can:

| List warehouses | Shows your sender warehouses and which one is the default. |
| List shipments | Lists your shipments, newest first, with status, carrier and recipient city. |
| Get shipment | Shows one shipment's status, price and label PDF link. |
| Track shipment | Shows the latest carrier status and tracking history. |
| Get rates | Quotes prices from your carrier accounts, cheapest first. Does not buy anything. |
| Create shipment | Creates the shipment and buys the carrier label. |
| Cancel shipment | Cancels a shipment that hasn't been picked up yet (pending) and voids its label. |
Charges: Labels on Shipink-provided carrier accounts are charged to your wallet or default card. Claude asks for your confirmation every time before it creates or cancels a shipment. Cancelled labels are refunded.
Disconnecting
You can remove the connection at any time from Settings → Connectors → Shipink → Disconnect in Claude.
Data
The connector reads data from the Shipink API only for the action you ask for and does not store your conversations. Your Shipink session tokens are stored encrypted. To prevent buying the same label twice, shipment creation results are kept for 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for details.
