Connect your Etsy store to Shipink to import orders automatically.
Beta: The Etsy integration is in beta and open to a limited number of shops. The Etsy card carries a Beta badge. If you run into a problem, write to our support team.
1. Go to Sales Channels
Open Sales Channels from Settings.
2. Find Etsy and Connect
Click the Etsy card, then click "Connect" in the dialog. You are redirected to Etsy to sign in. You do not need to enter API credentials in Shipink.
3. Grant Permission on Etsy
On Etsy, sign in and allow Shipink to read your orders and add tracking details to orders. After approval, you return to Shipink. Your store is connected and your orders are imported.
Tracking Numbers
When you create a shipment, Shipink adds its tracking number to the Etsy order. Etsy only recognises a few carriers in Türkiye (PTT and UPS among Shipink's); for any other carrier the tracking number is still saved on the Etsy order, but Etsy doesn't send its own tracking updates.
