Live Shipping Rates (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix)

In the General section of a Shopify, WooCommerce, or Wix channel, the Live shipping rates switch shows your Shipink-agreement carrier rates to customers at your store's checkout. The switch applies immediately, without "Save", and a "Live shipping rates enabled" or "Live shipping rates disabled" message confirms it. It can only be changed while the channel is active.

  • Warehouse: Rates are priced from your default warehouse. Without a warehouse, you'll see "Couldn't update live shipping rates" with an "Add warehouse" button.
  • Shopify: Requires Shopify Advanced or higher, or the carrier-calculated shipping add-on. If the store was connected before Shipink asked for the shipping permission, you'll be asked to reconnect: click "Reconnect" and approve the permissions. Reconnecting an existing store doesn't count as a new sales channel, so it works even at your plan's sales channel limit.
  • WooCommerce: Requires the Shipink plugin 1.6.0 or later. After turning it on, add the Shipink method to your zones under WooCommerce › Settings › Shipping.
  • Wix: The rates appear in Wix's shipping settings as rates from the Shipink app.
