Update Carrier
Update the credentials and settings for a connected carrier account.
Note: Editing Shipink agreements requires the Basic plan or higher. On the Free plan, clicking "Save" opens an upgrade dialog instead. You can always edit your own carrier agreements regardless of plan.
Each carrier card shows its agreement type, Own Agreement or Shipink Agreement. If the account has a customer number, it appears in parentheses after the type, for example Own Agreement (405519978).
1. Go to Carriers
Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Carriers in the left menu.
2. Click the Edit Button
Find the carrier you want to update and click the Edit button on its card.
3. Update the Details
Update the API credentials, account number, or other settings if necessary.
4. Save
Click "Kaydet" (Save) to apply your changes.
