Disable or Delete a Carrier
Deactivate a carrier agreement or remove your own connected carrier account.
Note: Deactivating Shipink agreements requires the Basic plan or higher. On the Free plan, clicking "Deactivate" opens an upgrade dialog instead. Your own carrier agreements can be deactivated or deleted on any plan.
1. Go to Carriers
Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Carriers in the left menu.
2. Click the Edit Button
Find the carrier you want to remove and click the Edit button on its card.
3. Disable or Delete the Carrier
In the panel that opens, you will see the following options depending on the carrier type:
- Shipink agreements ("Shipink Agreement"): Click "Deactivate" to deactivate the carrier on your account. (Requires the Basic plan or higher) Shipink agreements can't be deleted.
- Your own agreements ("Own Agreement"): You can either click "Deactivate" to temporarily deactivate the carrier, or click "Delete" to permanently remove it from your account. Deleting asks for confirmation and can't be undone; to use the agreement again you would have to set it up from scratch. A deactivated carrier shows "Activate" in the same place.
