Customize Shipping Label

1. Go to Carriers

Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click Carriers in the left menu.

2. Open Label Customization

Find your carrier and click the Edit button on its card. In the panel that opens, navigate to the label customization options.

3. Adjust Label Options

In the "Customize your shipping label" section, choose the Label size (A4, A5 or A6 with a normal printer; 4" x 4" or 6" x 4" with a thermal printer) and turn the following options on or off:

• Multi-page label: If the order information does not fit on one page, it continues on the next page.
• Print item list: Shows the order's products on the label (max 7 products when multi-page label is off). Item name, Item price, Item SKU and Item image choose what is shown for each product; they can only be changed while Print item list is on.
• Show your logo: Shows your sales channel's logo instead of the carrier's logo, if one exists.
• Show order note: Displays the customer's order note on the label.
• Show sender address: Includes the sender (warehouse) address on the label.
• Show sender phone: Includes the sender phone number on the label.
• Show recipient address: When off, the label shows only the recipient's name and phone, without the street and city. This is useful on returns so the branch has to enter the return code. New carrier accounts start with it on.

4. Save

Click "Kaydet" (Save) to apply your customization.
