Label Credit
See label credit packages, usage rules, and how to earn credit through referrals.
Label credit pays your per-label fee (the plan's price per label). It does not pay shipping costs, which are still taken from your balance.
Who Can Buy Credit
Label credit is available on Basic, Pro and Max plans, for accounts without a custom label discount. Credit cannot be purchased or used on the Free plan.

Credit is valid for 12 months from the day you buy it.
1. Go to My Account
Open My Account from Settings.
2. Click "Buy credit"
In the "Plan" card, the "Etiket kredisi" (Label credit) block shows your current credit and roughly how many labels it covers on your plan. Click "Kredi al" (Buy credit).
3. Choose a Package and Pay
Select a package. The dialog shows your plan’s price per label and the credit’s validity period. Click "Öde" (Pay).
The package is paid from your balance. If the balance is insufficient, choose a card in the payment dialog. Only the missing amount is added using 3D Secure. The credit is added to your account once payment is complete.
Your credit purchase is invoiced during this month’s billing cycle for the amount you paid. Bonus credit is not charged or invoiced.
How Credit Is Used
- Each label's fee is paid from credit first, starting with the credit that expires soonest.
- If your credit can't cover a whole label fee, that label's fee goes on your monthly invoice as usual.
- When you delete a label, its fee goes back to your credit. Credit that has expired by then is not restored.
- If you change plans, your credit stays valid. On the Free plan credit isn't used, but it still expires. The plan-change dialog warns you about this.
Invite Merchants and Earn Credit
The "Davetleriniz" (Your invites) card on My Account gives you your invite link. Copy it with "Linki kopyala" or share it with "WhatsApp'tan paylaş".
When a merchant signs up through your link and makes 5 shipments, you both receive ₺500 in label credit. Shipments created with Diğer Kargo (Other Carrier) and shipments deleted before the fifth shipment do not count.
Referral credit is valid for 3 months. You earn credit again for each new referral that meets these conditions.
The card lists who signed up and who made shipments, with the "Kazanılan kredi" (Credit earned) total.
